This week has been an interesting one, filled with hints of new opportunities, which, though exciting, can also bring on a flurry of nerves and anxiety. In the end whatever happens...happens (such wise words), and in the meantime, my birthday is coming up soon!
My family is coming to visit Saturday, and Damian is going to make his famous giant sandwiches (made from entire loafs of French bread). We are going to have a birthday picnic at the botanical gardens, and I plan to hang upside down at one of the many playgrounds. (Not really.) You should do something amazing this weekend, though. Go say hi to a baby giraffe or something.
