Damian's younger brother Josh recently spent two weeks with us, and while he was here, we wanted to introduce him to the wonder of hot original glazed Krispy Kreme doughnuts. But of course when we arrived at Krispy Kreme, the hot light was off. C'est la vie. Josh, however, saved the day when he downloaded this app on his smart phone, which let us know at any time, from any place, if the hot light was on or not. Never again will we drive all the way to Krispy Kreme only to discover there are no fresh doughnuts! Thank you, Josh.
So, if your local Krispy Kreme passes out free samples of hot original glazed (like our's does) and if you don't misplace your cell phone too often, then you could totally eat a free doughnut two or three times a day, every single day. Not that you should, but you know, you could.
P.S. And of course I snapped a picture of the hot light, which I edited with Instagram. Someone please explain to me how we survived before smart phones?
